Remove bias in the talent process

We embedded diversity, equity, and inclusion practices into our talent processes to reduce bias through the sourcing, assessment, and selection process.  We enhanced our candidate sourcing capabilities to connect with a diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidates. We identify and assess candidates based on merit and skills. We ensure our consultants are diversity aware and have the training on how to reduce biases. We continuously analyze interactions and provide insight for DE&I improvements. 

Leverage technologies 

We embedded technologies that utilize AI-powered analytics and data science capabilities, which allows us to focus on data-driven sourcing and assessment of candidates, removing biases in the selection process and ensure equal opportunities for all candidates. Video interview systems powered by machine learning provide us with additional data sources for better and more transparent talent assessment to reduce biases. Cloud-based communication and visualization platforms enable our clients to visualize the context of data and helps them to make a better - informed hiring decisions.

We included accessibility as a part of our mission and values. We include accessibility throughout our internal policies.
